Do I need a membership to purchase items at Factory Direct Appliance?

   Absolutely not!

   We are a privately held company based locally in Lenexa Kansas. We have additional showrooms in Lee's Summit,
   Kansas City North, Lawrence, Topeka and now Des Moines and Omaha. We have grown substainstally in
  16 years from a wholesale appliance distributor, to one of the midwest premiere appliance dealerships.

Are you the same as Direct Buy?

   Absolutely not!

   We do not charge an admission fee, nor are we an invitation only club. We pride ourselves on factory direct pricing, as well
   as customer service before and after the sale. We strive to make your experience the most enjoyable portion of your
   home building or remodeling experience.

How do your prices compare to traditional retailers?

   We are a little different from a retail store. Because we work very closely with manufacturers and distributors, we are confident
   that we offer the lowest possible prices on thousands of items. See for yourself at your nearest location.

Do you have a service and parts department?

   Yes!

   For the Kansas City metro area, our service department is conveniently located at our Lee's Summit location. In addition, we
   have another service department in Topeka. We can handle all of your appliance needs through these two locations! Unlike other
   appliance dealers, we do not outsource service. Rather we provide these services in house to provide the highest quality
   experience possible.

Do you offer extended warranties?

   We certainly do!

   In addition, because we have our own service department we can resolve most service issues within the manufacturers
   warranty period as well as during the extended warranty period!

Do you offer delivery/installation?

   We offer complete delivery services for all your appliance needs. Both departments are Factory Direct employees - which means
   you wont get the traditional run-around like many other retailers. From the basic appliance drop off convenient for many
   homebuilders and remodelers to complete kitchen installations - Factory Direct does it all!

Do you offer financing?

   Of course!

   In conjunction with GE Capital, we offer a variety of financing options. We also have promotions for financing throughout the year,
   so please check back often!

Do you sell factory refurbished models?

   NO!

   Everything Factory Direct Appliance sells is straight from the manufacturer. However, from time to time we do have appliances
   returned (for a variety of reasons) that we re-sell in our clearance center. In addition, our showrooms have many models as well
   that have either been returned or discontinued.

Do you sell cabinets/countertops?

   Unfortunately, no.

   However, if you visit your nearest location, we can gladly guide through your entire homebuilding/remodeling project. Because our
   sales people are extremely knowledgeable and have many years of experience, we can certainly suggest reputable businesses to
